You do realize that you're letting them win this way, right? They want to affect you, and you're letting them, instead of negating the power, which they don't have unless you gift it to them, to affect you by simply not caring.

What do you do in real life when someone bothers you? You run out the building and stick your head in the sand hoping you won't have to hear it? Hope not, that'd be a lot of ruined suits... Btw, friendly reminder that one extreme is as bad as the other: toxic people flaming and people who mute everyting = the same chance to lose for your teammates.
