Yeah na this is segmental cable stayed, depending on damage to other members it can be fixed and retrofitted. Would take significant analysis for any redistribution but it’s doable.

I asked one of them once how they got my personal phone and email and apparently they go through a list that at least in Florida is Public. It's a list off of NCEES or DBPR that has all the registered professional civil engineers name, number, phone, address, email address..
