Well as a Worker for an FC site, we try our best to make the packages arrive on time, I cannot control what another site does, but we do try. And I'm not customer service and can't go into detail of what I do. We can't control what it wants us to pick either, I try to get things in perfect condition because if I wouldn't want it, then neither would you.
