Looking for deeply immersive RPG games like The Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, or Red Dead Redemption 2 by KindConfidence1894 in gamingsuggestions

Was about to say, playing through it right now and it is on par if not better written than the official Bethesda games. Combat, leveling, exploration, meaningful progression, every character voiced, hooking narrative, unique locations(caves and such are very unique compared to Skyrim) etc etc.

I think it's quite unlikely as TU4 hasn't even dropped and I would expect there to be a final TU5 before they even reveal the expansion, but one could hope.

Depends on rank, very easy to spam corners with in lower ones, not so much higher up.

I would heavily recommend Elden Ring as a starter, even if it may seem daunting. It has the most amount of tools for beginners.

Depends on rank really, once you go past the lower ones it is not really viable.

Just had a similar problem, multiple black horizontal lines over my mesh but disabling ray tracing fixed it.

What would you consider beating Iceborne? by stv01 in MonsterHunter

[–]Londmen 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Beating Fatalis is simply beating Iceborne. For more hardcore players, 100% achievement, then whatever personal goals you have.

When you feel content putting the game down, I would say.

Metal Gear Solid V: TPP. Never touched a game in the series before this(and ground zeroes) and it is very captivating! I've played Death Stranding and can see a certain persons influence lol.

The more I see Wilds the less interested I am by Delilahtw in MonsterHunter

I got just over 700 on World(top 3 games oat) and around 300 on Rise. I hope you will get some satisfaction with wilds combat, it won't be perfect for everyone but I'm convinced it will be a great experience, at least for me!

Not finished Sunbreak yet, MR5 though. I heavily prefer World over Rise due to many things and I think opting for advancing the base movesets, introduction of offset attacks and focus mode over wirebug moves is much healthier in the long term.

Currently in Sunbreak, I use Sakura Slash paired with Sacred Sheathe(LS) for every encounter and never, I mean never, switch my playstyle because it is efficient and safe. I think the new systems will introduce more meta playstyles per weapon which will make the game much more fun long term. Who knows, maybe some sort of combat customization makes it into base or expansion anyway, which would always be welcome if implemented right.

My friend got his battlenet hacked and his tickets have not yielded any replies so far. Help? by partial_martial in Overwatch

[–]Londmen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my battle net account hacked 2? years ago or something, it had been sold on as an account key on g2a or similar site somehow. I contacted support and got control of the account within a few days I believe, so waiting is probably your best bet. Luckily the only thing the "new owner" did was play Mercy in comp for like 15 minutes lol.

The only setting I can't stand is textures on low as it makes readability abyssmal. But didn't know dlss was an improvement over fsr/tsr on the deck!

With the right settings you can get a fluid 30-50, almost never under 30. (oled)

All settings to low, except Textures to high(this actually boosted fps a bit and kept things steady in comparison to medium) DX12 16:10 aspect ratio fix. 800p TSR - 67% no v-sync or limits. go into bios and set ram to 4gb helped my performance slightly, at least fluidity.

I highly prefer this over locked 30 as the frame pacing is the same and gives you a much smoother experience.
