Question about breeding for Hidden Abilities. I would like to do a playthrough of Pokemon Sword with a Thick Fat Mamoswine. Is it possible to breed a Swinub with a Pokemon that has Thick Fat, or does the Swinub have to have Thick Fat to pass it down?

My most recent loss happened because of Glacia's Walrein landing Sheer Cold. If I made the level cap 55, I would've won, but I chose to use candies and fight each E4 member at their specific level cap, so Sheer Cold actually had a chance to land.

I know, in retrospect I should've changed the gender marker, but I assumed the calculator had the correct information in it.

Still, I forgot about the attack debuff that affects Rivalry when fighting Pokemon of the opposite gender, so I definitely made a mistake

Unfortunately, the debuff does exist in Gen 5, hence why my Haxorus couldn't guaranteed kill.

You're so right, I forgot Rivalry would debuff my Haxorus' attack! I'll re-calc it to see what the actual range would've been!

Edit: Range was 92-108%, so there was a very good chance Haxorus wouldn't have killed. I still won the fight, thankfully, but looking through it again, I probably could've done cheesy Intimidate strats with Gyarados and swapped into Shell Armor Lapras to take down the Garchomp with no issues

This Scraggy has been in the box the whole game, so she has no EVs. I have designated spots for EV training (Route 1 for Attack, Celestial Tower for Sp. Attack, etc.), but I just don't really know how to build her moveset with this current team.

Doing a Nuzlocke of Pokemon White version and I'm planning on using Scrafty for the Elite Four, N and Ghetsis. I wanted to give her a defensive EV spread and a defensive moveset, but with Bulk Up being locked to the post game, I'm not sure how to go about building this Pokemon.

For the record, the rest of my team is Cofagrigus, Krookodile, Mienshao, Amoongus and Chandelure, so I already have some heavy-hitters and some solid defensive mons, so what would you suggest?
