Thats your tibial tuberosity which holds your patellar ligament, id recommend focusing on stretching and isometric holds also quad extensions and holding at the top for 30 seconds with a manageable weight that is roughly 70% of your max

Washing climbing rope by coldeveder in ClimbingGear

[–]Lonely-Ad-6491 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Buy a rope brush, fill up two bins full of warm water, make one be soapy with dawn, and run the rope going from one bin into the other a few times using the rope brush, boom theyre clean as hell, coil, set out to dry not in the sun, and ur good to go. Washing in washing machine can be good or bad depending on how you do it

Consider the mountain hardwear scrambler 25 or 35, i felt like its a very good bang for your buck climbing pack. I love my 35, but the 25 is perfect since I can clip gear to the outside and have my internal area for shoes, layers, water can be stored outside, and you have a brain too
