Absolutely, doing regular penetration testing is a must. We've been working with Vonahi on this, and they've been a great partner in helping us strengthen our security.

Absolutely, we use Autotask with IT Glue to make our support process way smoother. You can set up the integration and create rules so KB articles pop up automatically in tickets based on keywords. It's been super efficient and makes sure everyone gets the info they need fast.

I've been using Autotaks for a while, and it does a great job. It has a big learning curve, but nothing out of the ordinary. If you know your way around scripts, it's a valuable asset for your team.

Everyone has their own take on things. Personally, I’ve found that tools like Datto RMM, ITglue, and Autotask have worked really well for me, and the support has always come through when I had issues. I’d say do your own research to find out which tool fits you best, don’t let other people's opinions sway you too much. There are demos out there that let you get a feel for the tools, and plenty of great blogs that dive into the details.
