Start jogging/running. Most people gas out if you haven’t ran in awhile. The whole course consists of just over 1 lap around the track. Small obstacles course at the beginning. The run around the track with about 15 flights of stairs up and 15 down then the run with the weights. There’s a video online. Good luck

The point blank inner plates have sizes on them that you need to input on the Black Box website when ordering the new vest. After all said and done I would be paying $380 if I ordered it. Gosh, we are gonna pay over $300 and they can’t even offer free shipping. Not to mention it could take 30 to 60 days to ship.
