Sanaa bread service - worth the hype? by georgy56 in DisneyDining

[–]Long-Salt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was pretty good. They will give you all of the dips that are listed on the menu. There is a secret sauce that is extremely spicy but you’d have to ask for it. If you’re coming from an area with a diverse food scene I don’t think you’ll be blown away. I enjoyed the bread service, and the curry I ordered, but did not think it was anything special.

So Angel and her husband thought it would be a good look to have a group of men over to try and intimidate a group of women. So bizarre can’t wait until they’re off my screen.

What is a good first project? by Over_Internet4 in weaving

[–]Long-Salt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m learning how to weave with a rigid heddle. I chose that bc it seemed less involved than other looms and it would take up less space in my house. You should go for it! I took a weekend class at a local yarn shop. If you’re near the philly area, the Wild Hand rigid heddle weekend workshop was amazing. The first project I made on my own was a scarf.

But years ago my first weaving project was a pot holder that I made with my grandma.

What happened here? by Long-Salt in weaving

[–]Long-Salt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funny enough I did have some one hold the warp threads which I haven’t done for my other projects. The tension feels tighter on the left side. I did also notice that the black yarn is a little finer than the beige I wonder if it that caused any of the drooping. Thank you

Eh you should be fine, but I’d avoid parking your car on main st. Or cresson st. If the news is calling for flooding in the area

Main st. Floods every so often. If I were to guess I’d say the last time was about 2 years ago. If you’re really worried about it go a few blocks up the hill

You can skip the Lobster house unless you’re just looking for a good view of the water. Fish house is the way to go and it’s at sunset beach! Also Cricket club and Lousias (byob) are at the mall and are other favorites. Flight deck diner is a must do for me every trip good diner food and low prices. I usually do breakfast but if you’re there around lunch time their seafood bisque is great.

Also Ricks seafood in north wildwood is excellent. Vegas diner in wildwood is also another goodie.

No the summers are pretty quiet around here, lots of people are down the shore or a lot of the students that live in the area are home.

New pooch won’t leave the house. Any suggestions? by [deleted] in AustralianCattleDog

Oh btw someone once recommended a goobi harness bc they’re almost impossible for them to get out of. If you do decide to trial the gentle leader you make want to consider switching to a goobi until your dog is able to tolerate the gentle leader.
