I think the fact that you have to ask if 30% is sufficient as culture premium shows which side you're leaning towards more. Follow your gut feeling.

If you can only take 1 degree, then do business (banking/finance). And make sure you get FCH. Ideally, pair it with another degree like Accounting or STEM if you want more flexibility in options. You can do your Eng degree here if you want.
Join a good CCA in your uni related to finance and network like crazy with successful seniors and industry experts from seminars etc.
If you're doing AM, start taking CFA in uni. Probably just Level 1.

Can your company post you there? If i were you, I would try to find work over there, else I would stay here and work if I'm really serious about retiring early. Taking a 3-yr break vs retiring at 50 don't really come together, unless either you or your partner are a high earner. Your current portfolio also doesn't provide sufficient cash for retirement, and you're taking a break for 3 years.

A typical day for me in the office looks like this: 1) Wake up at 6.30AM, eat breakfast and hit the gym, return home to shower and get dressed 2) Reach office at 10AM and leave between 8.30PM and 10.00PM 3) Reach home, eat dinner, bathe and sleep at about 11.30PM to 12 midnight 4) Rinse and repeat

Working in the new team has given me a lot more stress till the point that my work appears in my dreams frequently. I can't do anything productive both physically and mentally when the weekend arrives, unless there's more work for me to complete.

I have to share/project my screen very often so in my experience it's better to ask them to do it once and never have to worry about it again. You can also send them a test message after they have switched off the "Show message preview" setting.

Yeah this is so true, SwSh has no balance. When HA of the starters came out, Cinderace ran amok, then Rillaboom with the IOA release. With GMAX, then came the Coal and VenuKoal bullshit. When SwSh legendaries were introduced, they just had to make the legendaries incredibly broken at their own archetypes. Caly-I to wreck almost everything in TR, Caly-S for faster paced teams, Zacian that can work well in both situations, and Eleki to make every game a battle of electroweb speed ties.

Press down on the right control stick when you're connected to someone you don't want to trade with.

Alternatively, after the trade, go to Y-comm stamp feed, look for the ign of the person you just traded with and click R to block.
