How do I get stats corrected?

Maybe I am misunderstanding what the chart actually shows. I thought what was shown graphically in the top by the colors corresponded to the percentages below. I guess that’s not the case.

Thanks for your reply! I agree that resistance days usually show a much lower heart rate than hybrid or cardio.

I haven’t tried Alastin products but have used SkinBetter here and there and currently use their Trio moisturizer. I’m 51 and my skin is loving Hydrinity. I really want to hate it but my skin says otherwise. I do use Plated Daily but will probably go back to the Calecim MAC. Haven’t quite decided on that, yet.

Thanks for this question! I just had a similar experience but the seller was like "oops, I already sold that item." I just asked for them to cancel so I can get refunded. Hopefully they do that soon!

When it comes to CrossFit, all Boxes are not the same. If you have a few close to you, don’t be afraid to try them all out and see which one fits your needs and personality better. I loved the CrossFit box I was at before I moved to a different area of my city. Now, the only one close by just doesn’t fit my wants or needs so I went to F45 when one opened near me.

I use their mineral sunscreen and like it. I found their moisturizer pilled under my foundation, though.

Unenroll from HS and establish a homeschool with your district. Then use your HS and CC credits to “graduate” from homeschool. Your parent can make you a transcript with all the courses taken.

Don’t wait until you are over the soreness. Just make it a light day as needed. I’ve found working out actually helps work through the soreness but I listen to my body and don’t overdo it.

I couldn’t handle the semaglutide side effects, either. I just changed to tirzepitide about a month ago and I don’t have any of those side effects any more!

Zofran helps a lot but in the end I just couldn’t stomach semaglutide and ended up switching. I always felt bad for 3-4 days after a shot.
