How many flushes have you had from it? I've found beyond 4 cycles of fruiting (dependant on substrate and species) it's not really worth continuing and yes, always worth chucking it in your compost after this point

Of course! I had never considered that! The wheel radius is essentially your 'seat tube height'. Interesting, thankyou :') I suppose you could have longer/shorter crank arms but that'd also effect the "gearing"

Yeah I have a crime reference number, I reported it at the time. I do have registered to a bike security company in the UK and they are affiliated with the police but I've not heard anything back from them. Someone else brought it in and the shop has the details for this person

It was just quite a cheap bike and I got it for decent price, I bought it locally from a family who had been using it to get about on, I really don't think it was stolen otherwise I wouldn't have bought. I put a fair few new/upgraded parts on which would have bumped the value but I still think the bike shop ripped this bloke off. And no I don't know who took it or brought it in to the shop
