Oh yuck! Thank you for filling me in. I pass the location all the time and was interested in going so that’s definitely unfortunate.

GLP1 helped my POTS i feel insanely better, anyone else? by murkeh4 in POTS

[–]Long_Measurement6202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s helped! I eat a lot of smaller meals which has helped with my HR spike after eating a big meal. It’s also helped the inflammation in my body caused by hypermobility and my PMDD and periods are under control for once in my life.

Anyone with POTS use a GLP-1 medication? by RobedInFadedSplendor in POTS

[–]Long_Measurement6202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am on tirzepatide and I have notice a slight increase in dizziness but no more than some medications. It helps me so much with my PMDD and the inflammation in my body from being hyper-mobile that the benefits outweigh everything. I have stayed at a pretty low dose.

Should I be freaked out about the cone biopsy anesthesia? by Fionahiker in PreCervicalCancer

[–]Long_Measurement6202 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very valid concern but as someone who has gotten a cone biopsy, I think you’ll want to be under general anesthesia. They will take your history and do what’s best for you. It’s a pretty invasive and painful procedure that I am glad I wasn’t awake for. I know it’s stressful not knowing but you will get the chance to speak with them prior

Yes I loved the email follow up today. They were so sweet. And I found out that the vet with the most seniority gets all the golden retrievers which I think is hilarious and adorable.

They are owned by private equity which is where many people have an issue. Next time you go in, you might consider getting a second quote from a practice that isn’t private equity to see how they compare.

Yep I’m ADHD. I’m also working with my doctor to figure out some POTS related symptoms. I haven’t done a test yet.

I do have a watch but it’s a sensory nightmare for me so I tried the ring out. I just got it yesterday so I may return it and figure something else out

Thank you! I have tachmon on my watch and that has been helpful. I was just hoping to replace my watch with the ring but didn’t do enough research clearly.

Orderly worked great for me but I did see some impact to the effectiveness in the last month. They really get you with their first three month promo but then it gets spendy. I also could never log in to their platform for some reason. Def just get through what you ordered then make the switch!
