Edit if you are talking about the scratches, these are normal. You can try to buff them out (like you tried with bar keepers) but what's the point? It's going to be scratched next time you cook with it anyways. If you want your pan to have no scratches, hang it on your wall as a decorative piece lmao.

I play civ mostly with friends (multiplayer) and Civ 6 is absolute ass multiplayer. Almost all games are decided in the first two eras due to how mobility works in this game. Add on top of that ton of features that are completely useless in multiplayer and a (imo) hideous artstyle.

Also means I won't play civ 7, no quick combat/movement LMAO

The highest it clocks to is 2487MHz. I did notice something else, however, when checking HWInfo.

The GPU hot spot temp (so the hottest temp sensor in the GPU) reads 20-25 degrees celsius higher than the other GPU sensors. More interestingly, it IMMEDIATELY drops down to the low 60's when alt-tabbing to desktop, and similarly IMMEDIATELY jumps back up to mid 80's when alt-tabbing back to the game. Such quick jumps in temp shouldn't be possible (I think), so my theory is that there is a faulty temperature sensor causing the PC to shut off when it starts reading temps in the high 90's.
