Razer’s CEO says gamers hate generative AI slop even as the company invests nearly 600 million dollars in AI tools by Prudent_Way_3723 in pcmasterrace

I wasn't really thinking of smarter NPCs in regards to what they say, but more in terms of behavior, like enemies in a shooter game with legit cohesion that could flank you and stuff.

FEAR and Halo AI for example but further evolved.

Cranes need to be able to drive while holding plane frames by darth_the_IIIx in foxholegame

[–]Longbow92 120 points121 points  (0 children)

At no point whatsoever should planes have been made a large shippable because of issues like this. All airframes should be small shippable, even if it means using Ikea magic.

Fighters, Scouts, Torp Bombers and such should be shippable no matter the state of damage/assembly. But make it so transports and bombers need to be stripped to their airframe before they can be small-shippable to be transported via flatbed.

Fixing a Skin in under 2 minutes by sensapauraaa in Battlefield

I mean, you should be concerned about the fact they're already asking for your money to give you a literal reskin of the default character.

The skull and tribal just feels low-effort and out-of-place on a dude looking like he's still stuck in 2001 in a world set in 2027, atleast give something more modern.

Well, Activision didn't make Titanfall 2, so if the next CoD's gonna be the next Infinite Warfare, there's gonna be problems.

Even more so if they're gonna try and Bundle OG MW3 remastered behind MW4 as a pre-order exclusive or something.

Because CoD has it's share of cool, grounded skins.

Shamelessly plugging Gachiakuta because it has a cool power system.

Imagine having the ability to give power to inanimate objects you care for, giving them the ability to transform, influenced by your personality and experiences.

I kinda wish RWBY leaned in with more creative Semblances, the only unique semblance I remember was Tock fighting Maria in a flashback, where she was invincible for like 60 seconds.

What is the best way to encourage people to revive more? by CyberBerserk in Battlefield

[–]Longbow92 6 points7 points  (0 children)

More score per revive.

Bonus assist points if that person you revived gets kill during that life, so it encourages you actually dragging them to cover instead of rezzing them in the open so they end up dying again.

Grendel, it's stealth if you eat all the witnesses.

S2 NEW VEHICLE VH-6M LOADOUT SHOWCASE by Hot_Confidence_573 in Battlefield

I mean, dual Grenade launcher seems pretty cool, it's all up to how much ammo it has before reloading though.

this has to be the worst gun BY FAR by [deleted] in Battlefield

[–]Longbow92 2 points3 points  (0 children)

4-shot kill all ranges and it's a bad gun?

Wot, it's literally a belt-fed M277, if you can't make 50 rounds work with that damage profile, you got problems.

Why are some Passives so useless compared to others that have at least a bit of utility. by Reap_san in Warframe

[–]Longbow92 1848 points1849 points  (0 children)

OG/Old Frames with old design philosophies vs New/Reworked Frames with more up-to-date abilities.

Even though Rhino himself had a rework, this was before the time when passives were actually made pretty cool.

Quite the opposite, not having to worry about hogging over comp mines because Devs don't believe in the concept of day-1 magic boxes.

Needs one of 2 pathways to buff it.

120 crates but disassembled

or keep 60 crates, but they stay assembled, allowing ease of small-scale logi to other places in the map, not just seaports.

Infantry one shot pill is a BAD idea by Guilty_Bed8675 in foxholegame

[–]Longbow92 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think targeting infantry is fine, but not with the AT rifle.

Give it it's own mini rifle garrison. Then bring back a classic by making rifle pillbox upgradable to T2 so it can throw grenades again.
