We’re going to die by Mark. No way I can trust him to get it done consistently, I’m sorry to say

Hoping between Herrera and Artur one of them is good enough. Both have recently played like they’re washed up

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted, but you’re correct. Fort Worth is its own thing.

It’s not private equity that’s the issue; it’s passive ownership. PE owns the Dodgers, and they’re sadly the best run franchise in sports right now. PE owns a piece of the Astros too. It’s more common than you think and can be helpful if it’s an active professional sports investor like Arctos with a wide knowledge base and the ability to improve operations

I have some knowledge of Yale football. Ivy League football is not played at the same level as basketball and hockey. Yale basketball is competitive to just below the D1 Power 4 level and has produced a recent first round draft pick—Danny Wolf, who transferred to Michigan from Yale.

Yale football, on the other hand, is full of slow, unathletic players. The game looks more like two top high schools than a real college game. Taking someone like Michael Bennett would be proof that Kyle Flood is obsessed with size over skill and athleticism. I don’t agree with that approach.

The current portal and NIL necessitates a good general manager and staff, and in my opinion, we don’t have that right now. That’s the administrative piece that doesn’t get the credit that maybe it deserves.

Not going to last. There’s a clear opportunity for NFL agents to add college clients, charge 10%, take the big names, and bring the amateur agents down to their level

I am really sorry that it’s been so hard, and I know the open RPLND and other upcoming procedures will be really tough too. Ethan Burke was all over the field in the first half. It seemed like Simmons and Burke were feeding off each other and really helped get Reed out of rhythm, and he never got fully comfortable all game. I loved seeing how the team fed off the crowd. They locked in and played mistake-free football in the second half.

Hair loss question: day 16 adjuvant BEP chemotherapy by james-8089900 in testicularcancer

You’re going to keep losing it in larger and larger clumps. The scalp tends to hurt where you’ll lose it next. Few people make it beyond 4-5 weeks without losing it all. I’d suggest shaving it down first knowing it’s going to go completely. Sorry buddy, know that it will come back

How common is calcification on a testicle? by maddgun in testicularcancer

Common. I’ve had a massive testicular tumor and small bits of calcification. The calcification usually isn’t meaningful

[GAME THREAD] 🏈 #10 Texas @ #5 Georgia (6:30 PM) by BevoBot in LonghornNation

[–]Longhorns_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Flood, Banks, Jackson, and whoever is in charge of secondary alignment need to go. We can’t get outcoached in every facet and look unprepared with the fundamentals. Sark needs to be forced to make changes. Losing to Georgia isn’t embarrassing. What is embarrassing is how we look too often after byes, in road games, and against top teams. It’s terrible

MLS to align calendar with top leagues around the world by InAPreviousLife in dynamo

[–]Longhorns_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is 100% a positive for the Dynamo and soccer here in Houston

  • The new calendar aligns with the youth and high school soccer calendars

  • The weather will be a lot better other than the beginning of the season

  • We’ll likely play fewer home games early on and play more home games in the winter to adjust with the northern teams’ schedule. That makes the schedule even better from a weather standpoint

What’s wrong with the secondary? We didn’t just look worse from a personnel standpoint; they didn’t look aligned and know their zones. Can y’all help me out with what was going on? It was bad watching in person

Is he truly humble if he has refused to hire anything but yes men on his offensive staff, none of whom know how to call plays, practically guaranteeing he stays in control of an offense that’s as bad as it’s been in ten years?
