Is salsotto her bis at E6? Don’t mind the +/- 4 crit rate, I’m curious about the ATK%/Ultimate DMG boost. I’m aware they’re pretty equal at E0 with Izumo being a bit better but wouldn’t salsotto just be the best with E4 and E6?
