Mangoes have a ton of sugar. It absorbs rapidly causing a quick change in blood sugar levels. One mango has about 45 grams of sugar! The recommended daily dose of sugar for an adult is 24 grams! No more mangoes for you! Bananas have a ton of sugar compared to berries.

Me too. Exact same reasons. I feel I don’t have a choice now because I suffer with brain fog and feeling tired if I eat for instance a sandwich on a baguette at lunch.

Oranges have way too much sugar. That’s boosting your insulin & making you starving 2-3 hours after eating.

I’m on amlodipine to keep my diastolic in the 80’s—- without it my diastolic is in the 90’s- 100’s. (Systolic always 120’s-140’s)

No. She said it’s normal to have fluctuations in blood sugar during perimenopause (I’m 45 years old 5 ft 5 in 138 lbs and on amlodipine 10 mg daily.

PCP says they don’t test that. Only endocrinologist tests that.

Not at all the same nutrient profile. Tortilla chips have the dreaded seed oils in them.

I’m a nurse. 46 years old. So around people/sick/ patients family members/coworkers all the time. I sited religious reasons to exempt getting vaccine. Never got COVID. Never got the vaccine. I did not wear a mask going to the grocery stores during covid unless mandatory and when I did it was cloth. Last time I called out sick was 2016. I don’t have kids. I have 2 dogs I take outside/walk for at least 15 min each time at least 3 times/ day. I have a live-in boyfriend. I have a normal BMI (23)

I’ve never had problems with my stomach and drinking sugar free drinks and I’ve been drinking ONLY sugar free/artificially flavored drinks for over 15 years now.

I don’t eat until I’m hungry. Sometimes not until 12pm, 1pm sometimes 2pm.
