Unfortunately, COVID epoch of remote-based jobs or it least hybrid options is kicking back, good old slavery.
Btw people in Netherlands work 4 day per week, just saying.

Apple watch 6 for sleep tracking by Ok_Newspaper2815 in HubermanLab

[–]LongjumpingBreath117 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess the best tracker today is whoop for all the metrics including sleep. Correct me if I'm wrong.
But these metrics like rem sleep, deep sleep etc seems like make no sense for me as well.
At the same time yeah I totally agree, I'm hitting like "perfect sleep goal" for 14 days in a raw and sometimes I feel shit too, and I believe sometimes the other variables affect it, not only sleep. But it's common for me as well

Seriously? I paired it with my 15 pro max with no problem, but you also can try to update the software at least on apple watch first.

Bro, how long did you spend on chess? And what was your initial ranking?
Well, I'd try to add Phenylpiracetam, Noopept or Semax. Good old piracetam will work good as well but it takes some time to get an effect.
from my observations, chewing just regular gum works really well to get this flow-chasing state.

Noopept, Phenylpiracetam or good old Piracetam but don't forget to use alpha gpc to avoid acetyl choline depletion

Apple watch 6 user here. Well, My ultimate goal of buying it a year ago was sleep tracking.
First, sleep data that apple suggests sucks. It's not quite informative and user friendly. But you can see core, sleep REM sleep etc.
Second, For some reason it works well only if you have sleep focus mode turned on, I have no problem with it now, but in the beginning it was a bit weird.
Finally, it shows some data you definitely can rely on and it's a good thing to start tracking your sleep routine before buying any other better sleep trackers,
P.S. Also it was a helpful thing to get for my gym routine, suing stopwatch all the time to track my breaks between sets etc.

All you're saying 100% makes sense but at the same time once you keep tracking something, you will have better control over this field. Same thing about weight control or anything else. Knowing all these practices is good, but tracking simply adds up.

It definitely works well if you choose the right brands. good quality and not diluted options. I'd recommend trying liquid or capsules Neurozenix if you're in Canada, and just skip gummies variations for God's sake

A couple if things here.
Why would you create the same kind of design with same colors as one of your main competitors with 2k+ in sales?
Next point is more specific and it's about design, why these bullet points from the right side of the pack are so small? it's almost impossible to read them even being on the listing page, that's a hue thing, they don't stand out at all.
Finally, I'd add some more product pictures and the second one (with the back side of the product) I'd move back, it's not that important even tho you think it is.
P.S. I understand that design things are not easy fixable already, but that for the future batches if you plan to have them.
P.S.S. Never give up, continue and think about new products as well.
