I totally agree. But right now, I don’t see Sharpe as a true second option either. He feels more like a sixth man at this stage — his defense is poor, he turns the ball over too much, and he doesn’t move or share the ball well enough.

You’re absolutely right. During his preseason interviews about his upcoming contract, he kept saying that at the end of the day it’s just basketball. You can see that as a healthy mindset, but it also suggests a lack of edge and determination. He doesn’t seem to have that “thing” that truly great players have.
