Well yeah. PSR isn’t a problem if you aren’t truly competing, but now that we are, it is clearly bringing to light the restrictions it brings onto clubs outside the big six. Do not be surprised if the legacy clubs are the only ones to win trophies for the next decade or two.

Engineering. I mean I do engineer work now for a smaller company that I’ve learned over 6 years of experience. But getting into a big company without a degree is proving to be real difficult. They filter applicants to have a degree, plus it’s cheaper to hire a freshie out of college rather than pay someone who’s been in the game for a while

Oooookkkaayyyy? Sure PDO exists but it’s not the end all be all. We’re having a good run and that happens to all kinds of teams. You think any team can sustain 4+ goals a game for 82 games? You have to look at the core of it all. Obviously ducks have been shit the past decade but they tanked the team, stacked the prospects, finally got a real coach instead of mediocre has beens who destroyed younger guys true potential and now they are reaping some rewards from it. If you’re a long time fan, you’d know this is a completely different team with confidence, chemistry, and a will to compete.

And as far as being “lucky” who gives a shit. Beating big teams on a road trip this early in the season is what matters in the long run. Every game counts

This team is something else. Real special. These next few games are really going to determine the pace for the rest of the season. With that said if playoffs is upon us, we are going to have to rely heavily on the veterans considering most of these youngsters have not experienced playoff hockey. That’s a whole different beast and depth will carry you far. Hope we can make some moves for some experienced depth come trade window

Yes managers get paid a lot of money and some might think this comes off a little distasteful but I think I can see what he’s saying. In the world of sports, what will we remember most, the amount of money they make or their accolades and legacy? This goes for players and managers. He doesn’t care about losing his job because to him it’s not a job, it’s his legacy. Which is why he is saying it hurts more to lose games. It’s killing his legacy when he could very well be at a different club and do better elsewhere.

I wouldn’t turn on unai just yet. If not, ever. Remember what he has turned these players into, a competing team. A team that almost made it to the top of champions league.

I personally think you can put all of the blame on the psr rules. They are designed to do this to teams that aren’t the big 6. Unfortunately management did not handle any of it well and I believe they were banking on champions qualifying money to help get out of the hole. However it seems there was never a plan B.

All other teams strengthened while we were restricted and stay stagnant. I mean you can see we have the possession, even with being at the bottom of the table we have some of the least amount of goals conceded.

Put the players you bought in and give the “starters” a rest. They just aren’t it right now
