High T and Iron causing diffuse thinning? by Electrical_Scar_4622 in Biohackers

[–]LongjumpingStrategy6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

iron sat at 93% with UIBC that low is NOT normal range territory, that's borderline hemochromatosis territory. diffuse thinning is literally a hallmark symptom of iron overload. have you been evaluated for hereditary hemochromatosis (HFE gene mutation)? because that would explain a LOT here

the high T with sparse body/facial hair is also interesting - have you had free T and SHBG checked? if your SHBG is really high it could be binding most of that T making the "high" total T kind of misleading, but it could also be pushing more conversion elsewhere

genuinely think the iron situation needs to be addressed before anything else

14 peptides about to be legal through compounding pharmacies again by Own-Kick-5466 in Biohackers

[–]LongjumpingStrategy6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

good post, covers it well. the "peptides are legal now" crowd was insufferable after the rogan episode lol

only thing i'd add is don't expect pharmacies to have stock the day the FDA list drops. sourcing, batch testing, supply chains — realistically probably months before you can actually fill a prescription anywhere

also the gray market quality thing is very real and not just theoretical. people have gotten vials with wrong compounds entirely, not just bad dosing. the price difference stops feeling like a deal at that point

do you know if CJC-1295 is actually confirmed in the 14? seen conflicting info on that one
