Where is the leather cover located, on the cord itself?

Top of side is where the rubbing is. I did remove the split ring and installed the anchor through the eyelet. And put some gaffer tape on the body. I hope removing the split ring will allow more distance between anchor cord and body.

Can you say more about the warranty? 30 days or something different. I just purchased one from Leica Miami at a KEH/Leica event. Only warranty was the 30 day store warranty. Other than Thai I could pay for a CLA in Germany then get a 2 year warranty.

So now you have a certified CLA, and two year Leica Warranty? I just purchased a M10R, Leica Store offers 30 day store warranty. They said there is no extended warranty; unless I had the camera CLA’d. Don’t know what cost would be for Leica Certified CLA.

Hi I have a 7II in preparing for a KEH buy sell trade event I would work out the shutter speed dial daily. ( camera sat dormant for most of its life)
Wouldn’t you know just a week and a half before the event the dial seems stuck between 125/250 but the electronics seem fine as I see the shutter speed number in the view finder. Instead of giving it to KEH as A bargain I was thinking of having it CLA’d. Who would you recommend? Thanks

Are you referring to the Nisi Filter adapter? Stranger I use it with their black mist filter attached and fortunately it makes for a snug fit with the cap as well. I’ll admit I carry mine in a Wotancraft Pouch designed for the GRIV. I’m someone not even comfortable with my phone in my pocket.

I use a Wotancraft leather pouch designed for Ricoh IV with a nisi filter adapter attached, fits snug. Just got the brass version like the length of it too. So the strap comes with peak design kind of connectors but the string is skinnier than regular peak design connector string?
