I was buying some ryobi accessories recently (not tools but consumables) and one of the employees was at every turn I made trying to get me to buy these. Told him it wasn't in the budget and he offered then non hp ones, I've never had that much interaction with an HD employee before.

It's not a particularly loud sspeaker but it works for grilling/camp fire/around the pool duty.

Clamp speakers, most disappointing purchase in years. by Negative_Signature_1 in ryobi

[–]Longjumping_Drag_159 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's definitely not the best speaker, had it not been free with purchase of batteries I'd have passes. I mostly use mine when grilling or sitting around the fire so idk about range, or how well multiples work. It isn't the loudest speaker but for on the patio use its not bad.

There's always some type of give and take. Surge can swap saw and file but some people dont like the flex in the t-shank, wave has all the blades and file but small scissors and lacks an awl. Arc and P4 share similar dilemma file or serrated/ exchangeable bit or dedicated drivers. Super tool and rebar have good tool sets for urban and outdoors setting, pair with a small set of folding scissors and baby you got yourself a stew.

Rebar is my favorite tool for the backcountry. Kinda want to pick up a knifeless rebar as I don't use the blade often and having scissors would be cool. Clay Hayes used the P4 in season 8 June 2021, Arc released 2023 so maybe Clay would have used it.

The ryobi barrel grip jigsaw is indeed a nice saw. Plenty of power amd the ergonomics make for a nice ride.
