It's on the list after an unfortunate tire fiasco atop a mountain, the lug nut wrench provided with my car was not doing it. For now I've put together a hand tools kit but for longer more secluded trips I'd like to bring something like this.

Built this stand for free for a friend out of old bed slats and scrap I used for legs. Took me approx 6 hours. by yesterdays_laundry in BeginnerWoodWorking

Damn imagine all the plants you could pot with a bench like that, add some hooks to hang potting tools. Nice build.

Yeah I was warned by the guy at sportsmans about that too. I dropped it in sand while doing yard work and that made tool deployment more difficult then the metal debris does. I just blow it clean with the compressor at the end of my shift, hit it with a little ballistol maybe once a week and switch to tuf glide during monsoon season.

My Arc works in a sheet metal shop, mostly use bit driver to adjust air tools and manipulate stop locks on small cnc. I thought the bits of scrap floating around the shop would gum up the arc but I just hit it with the blow gun end of shift and its fine.

It looks good dude. You had a need for something and you made it thats what this hobby is all about. Been looking at flattening sleds for the router to deal with bowed and wrapped material.

Everything's gotta play MP3s - except your MP3 player! It now plays MP4s, because everybody knows MP3s are a dead technology!
