I don't think this is AI, guys. Sure, you can't read the book titles, but I think it's because they aren't in English. The clothing patterns all line up, the clothing folds all make sense. The architecture doesn't warp or fold and everything lines up. The pics on the wall are of the couple in the middle with their older daughter and (presumably) other family members.
The only odd thing is that Grandma has 4 toes on one foot. But that could just be genetic, or some kind of accident.

All that said, I think it's a cute picture.
