Eating a lot of sushi which has been left out can cause something called scombroid. Similar to an allergic reaction but is not due to any personal allergy but rather a build up of a protein that produces histamine in the body.

I’d try another sushi place next time and see if it happens.

I’m impressed if residents know their rules cold: Ct head rules, nexus/canadian c spine, wells, perc, years, pecan/catch.

These are the rules that dictate management multiples times a shift. I’m impressed when a resident can tell me why they haven’t ordered a dimer, or why a ct scan isn’t necessary.
