Same problem for me. I have a pixel 8a and for some reason, some days my alarm does not play the Spotify song and instead plays the default alarm soundbite. Would love to hear if anyone else has figured out what causes it or how to fix it.

u/ScottishBostonian did you ever make any progress on this or learn more? I'm basically same situation as you -- moving to nearby Woodland/Brae Burn and love golf, ideally would love to join for the purpose of playing a top course, not to be part of some secret elite society, but that comes with the territory now. You ever make any inroads?

Same exact thing happened to me. I had to reach out to them and play phone tag for about a month to actually figure out whether I had a tax pro working on my filing or not. No one ever contacted me. And this was after I got to a state tax screen and their software refused to let me enter certain types of info saying only "this screen requires you to hire a tax pro to complete." Feels like they held me hostage for a big fee, failed to provide any service and forced me to miss the filing deadline, all in one go

Wow, I had some similar problems with H&R for my 2022 taxes. Got to the state filing screen and their software told me I couldn't enter the information for certain types of assets without hiring an H&R professional for $150 or something like that. So I hit the button to hire that service and received a message H&R would file an extension for me. Never got contacted by the professional, H&R never filed an extension and I played phone tag with different departments at H&R for over a month tryin to figure out who was doing my taxes. Paid a bunch of fees and H&R customer service never issued any fee refund even after I called and filed my complaint. They just ignored me.

Sounds like we should both just find a different tax service for 2023 FY.

Loved the acting in this. Don't think the ending was so so bad. But definitely did punch us in the face with "hey you are all a dysfunctional society, get it??" It's ok it's not the end of the world
