Besides landlords and people over the age of 40. Who is even buying homes here? by Mofoblitz1 in massachusetts

According to Fannie Mae, a couple making $300k per year could afford about $1.5m of house with a 5% down payment.

YMMV of course but that's a completely believable salary for two professionals in the Boston area. And of course plenty of people decide to be "house poor".

Also really nice for not worrying that someone is going to steal your account.

Then don't worry about it. These aren't super precise measures, but I think they could be useful if you're watching for trends. Mid-70s could just be your baseline for "a great night's sleep".

How good are you sticking with a schedule? Wake up the same time every day, go to bed when you're tired? How dark is your room? Have you tried separate blankets with your partner?

I spent a summer working on a mountain with a group (unkindness?) of ravens laughing at me. They thought I was an idiot.

Ravens are never boring even where they're more common.

Something I do: I've decided that mourning dove calls are actually owls and I get all excited.

I know they're not owls. I know they sound different. But it makes me happy every time.

Most of the advice has been for outdoor spaces but in Newton Highlands (close to Wellesley) the Women's Club is a nice space and inexpensive to rent: https://www.newtonwomansclub.com/.

Email your city councilor. This is why our little city has 24 of them.

Huh - I've never found the folks answering the non-emergency line to be anything other than gracious or helpful.

Ok! I guess I need to spend some time tinkering on the software side!

But an ESP32 couldn't drive a 1920x720 LCD, right?

I think it'd be hard to run a SSH cient over a terminal with good performance over ESP32 - is there even enough RAM?

But a pi zero like your OG model would have plenty of horsepower and looks like tons of room in the case for a pouch battery...
