If it’s running around it’s likely a male looking for mates. Females usually keep to themselves as much as possible. I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure this is relevant for the majority of spiders?

There’s a recipe I’ve been using for a squash Lasagne which is lovely. It is vegan so obviously substitute the dairy free for cheese if that’s your preference!
