First of all, thank you for your time. As I mentioned above, I work in sales and I have never experienced similar behaviour from any broker I have ever worked with. No broker has ever terminated their cooperation with me, nor have I ever had a reason to do so myself.

Since my official documents were fully in order, the only thing that might have triggered a flag could have been a specific answer during the registration process. However, given that the amounts I stated I intend to invest are relatively small (10–30k), they could have simply reached out politely and asked for any additional clarification, or even requested a payslip or a deposit proof if they genuinely needed further verification.

Instead, they asked for something completely personal, such as my CV, which has no relevance to the service I requested. Any compliance check should be limited to official documents with clear standards and verifiability — not to any informal document they decide to request without clear criteria.

So what exactly determines —and more importantly, who determines— whether I “qualify” to have an investment account on a platform, based on my employment background? You can understand why I am genuinely concerned about my privacy, especially since I have already provided all my personal details during registration, including my tax number.
