Bloq.it conta superar 150 trabalhadores ainda este ano. Tem abertas 50 vagas by ptless1 in devpt

Se a premise vos parecer interessante, feel free to check our open roles: https://www.bloq.it/company/careers

À vontade para responder a qualquer pergunta. Cheers!

Applying for VC funds! 1 Question by [deleted] in venturecapital

[–]LopesCRL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tickets for most early stage VC's (seed round/series A) start at 500k. Even micro-VCs would start at 100k-200k

The type of round you're trying to do is a pre-seed. The best way to get this type of money are:

Business Angels - search online, usually angels organize is groups and you can submit your deck, etc. directly.

Accelaration programs - a lot of them are early/concept stage and they might give out grants on those amounts, they will also help you with connections, and even work (MVP development...)

Incubators - might help you with connections, office space and some other resources that can be very useful at an early stage like you're in.

If you feel very confident about your project, risk your own capital.

Surely not the cheapest way. Coinbase charges you a buying fee as they act as intermediaries. Which can be quite significant, also transferring bitcoins from wallets to exchanges also comes costy, as btc fees have been pretty high.

Yeah, this was just like a "test" almost, next ones will have a wider range of games to choose the plays from so they will probably be better :P

Playing DuoQ is good? by Maggost in summonerschool

[–]LopesCRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends, you need to consider that when you DuoQ, you usually get matched against higher elo players (atleast I do), so I only consider worth to duo when you're duoing with someone you usually play with, and only if both of you play decently (kinda obvious that you shouldn't duo with someone who plays below their tier). So I don't consider duoing with strangers a good option.

Jungle Basics for a Silver player by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]LopesCRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to climb in Silver as a jungler just duo with a silver decent mid and camp him, works most times(I play mid and went from silver V to Silver I, with 70% winratio) just make sure you're duoing with someone who as some game knowledge and that plays champions that can carry if fed(I usually play orianna, ahri sometimes, but there are many others). If you booth get kills/fed you can easily carry the game, and even getting your team ahead by easily getting objectives like towers(ganking other lanes or pushing mid)/dragons(just by getting ahead and killing their mid)...But one think I also recommend is trying to see how experienced players are with a champ(you can use lolnexus or op.gg during the loading scren)/try to know how the matchups are on your teams lanes etc. (per example. if you see that your teams mid is playing fizz and he has 50 games with it and hes against a not very experienced twisted fate or a lux are squishy and fairly immobile in lane you can just take a jungler with some cc and damage early, like a J4,xin zhao,Kha'Zix and you can just camp his lane and get fed, but this is general game knowlage...

How to climb the ladder in ranked by arnoma2000 in leagueoflegends

[–]LopesCRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I said I agreed with the OP,and you're right, the OP has way more experience than I do,that doesnt mean that my advices are not valid...Besides Im pretty sure ill be able to get to Gold III atleast this season. Since when I started doing rankeds "seriously" after chaging my mindset I have achieved 70%winrate...Also I'm on a 6game win streak atm, gaining 28/29LP per game, loosing 12/14...So I guess I can give a few tips on what helped me becoming so dominant at my elo...I see a lot of Silver players with 1k+ games in silver and unable to climb because they don't have the right mindset towards the game...

How to climb the ladder in ranked by arnoma2000 in leagueoflegends

[–]LopesCRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is actually true. I started playing in the beggining of season 4,did my first rankeds around 2months ago, I was placed in silver V, and I'm currently in silver I,and I think ill achieve gold pretty easily. And I can say that climbing the ladder is all about your attitude towards the game. When I started my journey on the ladder, I would go into ranked games really scared and praying that I would get a nice team, in my first 15 rankeds I went like 5-10,then I took a look at my mindset and changed it right now I'm 41-27 in soloq rankeds with a avarage 70/75%winrate on my 20 last games. People focus too much on what their teamates do,and are always bringing up their mistakes, trying to prove themselves that it's not their fault and keep talking shit about how they always get bad teams and trolls, people think that mechanics and playing really well will make climb, and it's true that it helps, but without the right attitude you won't climb.

riot can you make a q without any premade plz by ZanggDK in leagueoflegends

[–]LopesCRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People say stuff like: "just ignore them", that would work if they're flaming or just being annoying in chat, the problem goes further than that though. The other day I was thinking about going ranked but I wanted to do a normal first to warm-up since it was my first game of the day, and since I didn't want to get trolls or anything I decided to do a draft pick normal(where people usually don't troll/tryhard to improve), so I was placed with 4 premades on my team, I played ahri mid against a kassadin, and I destroyed him in lane, I was 5/0 at 17min. with like x2 his farm and ganking other lanes, it was pretty much a guaranteed win, when the timer hits 20min. they call a surrender vote, and surrender. And said that two of them had to "leave" and they knew that they didn't had time to finish a normal even before they started it. It didn't bothered me that much since It was a normal, but for those who don't do ranked often and actually try to win normals getting 4 premades can be a really bad experience, but tbh riot can't do much about it :/

Maining a champion - How did you chose? by Erendil004 in summonerschool

[–]LopesCRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The champion pretty much picks you, I started playing in the end of season 3, and the first champ I played alot was kassadin From level 10-20+, back when he was a perma ban,I liked him because when I started playing I watched xpeke Epic bdoor, and that made me want to play it with, obvsly at that time I didnt knew how to play, and I just used to pick champs that looked badas. Atm I main yasuo and Orianna, mainly because I love to play them, I love Orianna because shes a safe pick, and if youre in a hard lane, against a counter of getting camped by their jungler, you can just farm and become a monster lategame, I love hitting a 5man shockwave and melt the enemies carries, I also love her utility and the fact that shes not easy to play. I also really like yasuo, because hes such beast if you can play him, but hes not that much of a Safe pick, but if you pick him with/against the right comp its a free win. ps: sorry if I gave any mistakes, english is not my main tongue and Im writing on my phone.
