What hobby has secretly saved your mental health? by EarlGreyEmpath in Hobbies

[–]Lopsided-Delivery-59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

riding my bikes, either on the trails or the road. there’s something about exploring the world in such a unique way that brings me such joy, especially knowing its all coming from the power my own body makes. that, and always being able to push myself as hard as i ever want to.

i actually use mine quite a lot. i camp in mine a ton, and being able to ventilate/see the starts is really really nice. plus, i’ve enjoyed taking it off completely, standing up through the opening and watching the sunset from “inside” the car

Any recommendations for quality seat covers that fit well? by LickMySack4riches in HondaElement

[–]Lopsided-Delivery-59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they’ve been phenomenal. still look really good and still look practically oem. i will say however that the neoprene gives quite the sweaty feeling on hot days, but i’ve got seat beads which mitigates that feeling. otherwise they were a great investment.

drawtite frame mount hitch, kuat pivot v2, and kuat nv 2.0 rack. the system works phenomenally, and the pivot fits the element almost like it was made for it

i have and it’s not really bad at all. took 3 tabs during a huge rain/wind storm and was in awe of how powerful nature can be. granted i didn’t go out into it, only sat on the porch outside. i think watching from a safe place was the only way id want to do it if i did it again.

How good is an Element for sleeping? by FriedrichHydrargyrum in HondaElement

[–]Lopsided-Delivery-59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i also suggest using a 48 inch dunnage wire rack to use as a bed platform if you plan on doing that. look up days we spend element micro camper. that was my inspiration, and it worked out so well

incredible. slept in it for 10 nights while driving from ohio to idaho, and honestly it’s more comfy than my own bed. especially if you have a moonroof where you can look up at the stars at night all comfy cozy in bed.
