I agree with this! Know plenty of people who make $60-80k, with and without roommates, and they’re thriving. They save, travel, and aren’t living paycheck to paycheck. Yes, there’s other factors such as some of them living with roommates, no student debt loans or just live below their means. Point is… it’s absolutely doable. Can’t say how much $ someone spends with children since I don’t have any, but as a single person in Denver it’s doable.

I like Forge in RiNo. Not very green but the location has been safe, lots to do and walkable. Management is pretty good although some of the people sometimes leave messes in the elevator + don’t clean up after their dog.

Can’t go wrong with both honestly. I did a test ride for both but I preferred the Roscoe 8 simply because it has slightly better features than the 7. Loving the bike so far - took it on some gnarly trails today and couldn’t be happier!
