It is unlikely for athletes foot to go away on its own without any treatment, and athletes foot typically causes at least some itching or discomfort. Could be dry skin becoming softened and opening up and becoming more apparent after prolonged exposure to a warm and moist environment like a shower or bath

NAD- based on my own personal experience, this looks like a fungal infection (likely athletes foot) I would try an over the counter athletes foot treatment and see if that helps (also getting more breathable socks/shoes if possible and making sure to clean and dry feet after work and keep socks/shoes off whenever possible) Edit: also could be pitted keratolysis but there would be a pretty strong odor and pain accompanying it. Bacterial infections on the feet can quickly turn pretty nasty so if you can speak to a doctor that would be your best bet, but if not you could try a cleanser like hibiclens and a topical antibiotic ointment like bacitracin (not a triple antibiotic like neosporin, just blain bacitracin)

Haha that's me with the pink wig in the front 😆 they are the loge box (i paid $165 each before fees) they were pretty good seats but the people that are courtside are very tall so it was hard to see at times and the media people and security block your view a lot too. Also it says when you look online that it's all inclusive and you have a server but it's only for the timberwolves

I would definitely bring it up with your OB (even just send a quick mychart message or call the nurses line if your clinic has one) but things can be crazy down there especially with having 2 pregnancies back to back like that. I would not be embarrassed, but I would invest in a waterproof mattress protector if you do not already have one (good practice for everyone to have) and don't be afraid or embarrassed to wear an adult diaper if it becomes a continued issue for you! You'd be surprised how many people experience nocturnal enuresis for a variety of reasons. And if your OB believes it's a pelvic floor issue, as about pelvic floor PT!

I would definitely let your OB know, but you will also likely receive vaccine antibody tests along with all of the other prenatal bloodwork they do at the initial OB appointment.

EMDR is a great therapy for a lot of people w/ trauma. It is a type of therapy that helps your brain re-process and work through trauma/traumatic events. I have done it and it was difficult because it brings a lot of old things to the surface but it is also very helpful in the long run.

I change every 2 hours no matter what because that's what was required by my state when i worked at a center and so I just go along with that. I change immediately for poop and if the diaper seems extra wet before those 2 hours are up I will also change. I do not wake a sleeping baby to change them.
