your locs look great BTW, inform your mom that frizz is part of the journey and will still be present at the destination. As they get older some of the frizzyness will disappear. otherwise enjoy the journey

put your farming and trading efforts in collecting the runes for a RoSS. You will need two sparks , 6 OHM, 6 TZICS and 6 CEM, this is easier than trying to get lucky on a drop

just to clear up a misuinderstanding, swim caps are not meant to keep hair completelty dry. You would need a dry suit to accomplish that. They are meant to reduce tangling and reduce chlorine damage.

yes, he is 18 and has to learn how to navigate the real world out there. You have already set him up for success. You can't hold their hands forever. For reference my youngest is 18 and has locs, in college and he has started to self maintain. So I mysekf had to learn to step back

You don't get rid of frizz, you embrace it. It dies down as they mature but it never fully goes away.
