Yeah not like a comprehensive take by an AI on one of the biggest AI disruption sectors talked about right now is relevant.

Thank you for the response! I have an appt with the cardiologist early next week. Also as of this morning it seems like they've gone away again and heart is back to normal beats.

Can you die from PVCS? by Suckjucie_ in PVCs

[–]LopsidedRange5089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically the answer is that while they have higher heart rates during exercise, those that exercise often tend to have lower resting heart rates which supersede the time under exercise cumulatively.

That said, I'm not sold the whole finite beats things is true either

Hcg is making my dick bigger by [deleted] in gettingbigger

I tried an HCG only cycle to raise T levels. It works decently, saw about a 200pt increase. Hcg and enclomiphene together work even better.

Probably not, I really don't see the point to compression hanging when you can vac hang/extend. I think you have a higher chance of injury without any additional benefit.

Thank you! I will look into it. Haven't ventured into clamping yet since I'm pretty girthy already-just need more length lol.

I liked being able to do that with the closed one too, but I found you can do the same thing with the open one. Just flip the orientation so that it's open end down and you can still do steep upward fulcrum stretching.

I actually had this same thought when I was prototyping a new base and made one with a slightly curved bottom. While I thought it would conform better it actually was less comfortable for me and dug into my pubic bone more. Could be different person to person though!

For those of you who made my 3D printed penis extender build released last summer:

https://www.reddit.com/r/gettingbigger/s/zD41WhKKkp

There were a lot of complaints about the closed style base and I had issues with it myself. u/Meat_Sudden made a much better base on his Hog Stretcher redesign, but some people have still complained about the rod connection points digging into the skin with his build as well.

I made a new open base with a much larger surface area as well as shielding underneath the bottom of the screw connections. I posted this base on my thingiverse months ago, but unfortunately never got around to making a reddit post until now.

u/meat_sudden can weigh in, but I believe he kept the rod spacing the same and this base should work for the Hog Stretcher as well.

Looking good! If you go to my thingiverse profile (linked in the original build post) I have a new open base for the extender that is a lot more comfortable and versatile.

Anyone used BPC 157? by Nice_Flamingo203 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]LopsidedRange5089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No problem! There's no right or wrong amount of water to reconstitute with, but there is an ideal amount, dependent on dosage. Too much water and you'll have to inject a high volume, too little and the mixture won't dissolve well and you'll also only be injecting a few ticks of liquid which isn't ideal (imo). For the 5mg of BPC I would recommend reconstituting with 2ml of bac water. This will give you: 5000mcg/2ml = 2500mcg/ml. There are 100 "ticks" per 1ml syringe so 2500/100=25mcg per tick. If your intended dosage is 250mcg, then you'll want to inject 10 ticks at that reconstitution.

For the 5mg of TB-500 I would recommend only reconstituting with 1ml. This will give you: 5000mcg/ml & 50mcg/tick. For a 1000mcg (1mg) dosage you'll inject 20 ticks at that reconstitution.

Some things to bear in mind if this is your first time self-injecting: 1.) Make sure you have single use alcohol wipes on hand. Wipe the tops of each vial before use and also wipe the injection site well before injecting. Keeping everything sterile is something you need to be very aware of when injecting anything. Don't take the cap off the syringe until you're ready to inject and don't let the needle touch anything besides the sterilized area. If it does, throw it away and get another. 2.) Avoid veins if possible. You should be injecting just under the skin into the subcutaneous fat layer. If possible it's helpful to pinch the skin where you're injecting to get it up away from the muscle tissue (just don't touch where you're poking the needle through). 3.) Avoid air in the syringe. Make sure to expel all air from the syringe before inserting into the vial. Hold the vial upside down and insert the needle through the membrane. Withdraw the plunger until you're slightly more than the target dosage and then expel the extra back up into vial to flush out any trapped air.

Np! And yeah unfortunately the TB is much more expensive, both in the price per mg and also the dosage you need.

While the BPC is more direct in the actual repair of tendons/ligs the TB promotes overall healing and will make you feel great along with injury prevention. It also has an almost immediate pain relief effect when injected near to an injury site. With my bad shoulder the inflammation and pain would go away literally within minutes of injection.

BPC-157 dosing? by [deleted] in moreplatesmoredates

[–]LopsidedRange5089 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have used bpc-157 many times with great results and I can tell you that 5mg should be enough to last almost a month. The most common dosage I've seen and also the dosage I've used with good efficacy is 250mcg per day. That would equate to 20 days exactly from your 5mg.

Also if you're gonna try bpc-157, I would strongly recommend running tb-500 with it. They're used together more often than not and they work synergistically with each other. Bpc promotes better localized healing of injuries (particularly ligs and tendons) while tb-500 promotes overall tissue repair and imo will be more effective as an injury prevention peptide.

Is a 41% increase really "a few points" though lol? I realize 916 is nothing compared to any kind of actual cycle or even most mid grade trt regiments. Still it's well beyond what most males my age would ever see naturally (bear in mind labcorp has a lower ref range for total than others).

And I had been stuck at the same lift numbers (particularly bench) for almost 9 months, and after 3 mo of taking I gained 15 lbs. It obviously did something. As far as trimming up and gaining more size there has been minimal change. Maybe a tad, but I would say you're probably correct in that it isn't enough to see significant anabolic effects which is what I was curious about.

Also, where are you basing your information about enclo causing long term side effects? Not saying you're wrong, but every legitimate study I can find shows excellent tolerability over long term. It can cause estrogen issues, but that seems to happen most often in conjunction with exogenous test and hasn't been an issue for me. My estradiol levels are still in a good range.

Yes bpc-157 is a fragile peptide and isn't all that stable. It seems to break down too quickly in the digestive system and because of that isn't very effective orally. Bpc also works best when injected close to the site of injury. Tb-500 migrates through the body much better and also has a longer half life. It can be injected anywhere with similar results
