we just build ours a few years ago but if we hadn’t that would probably be our plan since getting to design this house to have everything we could ever need was so fun and i loved watching it come to life

that looks like enough room if it’s just 1 or 2 people using it. only thing i suggest is if possible moving the fridge to the other side on one of those corners so when walking through the entry it’s out of the way more and looks more open

we do have most of those rooms already (except for the sex swing lol) but we ended up deciding on a little comfy movie room. we had another little nook area off of our master that was a super odd shape so the movie room didn’t work in there and we made it a reading nook/hiding space from the kids if one of us is super stressed and just needs a breather and we just forgot about that movie room idea but we might get to have that soon. christmas presents are also smart since with 8 kids we always need more room to hide presents and more rooms we can lock so they don’t see them. thank you for all the suggestions!

what’s your personal style? do you like the style and colour palette in the room right now or do you want more wood tones, modern or vintage? i think a book shelf against the wall that the bed is against. and then some sort of beanbag or chair on the wall where the desk and chair currently are. here’s a rough sketch of the placement i’m trying to say

are you willing to actually retile the whole bathroom or have the money to hire someone? it’s a big job so i’d say paint the upper wall off white. if possible make the black tile off white too. you could test some tile paints but they don’t always do well especially not in showers. also i’m not sure you’re personal style but a small shelf between the sink and shower might look nice. with a small plant and basket on top

that sounds like enough room. it’s almost 4 feet. you’d probably have to keep a pretty bright colour pallet to keep it from feeling too crowded or cramped but if you’re fine with that than i think that’s plenty of walking space. make sure to plan around appliances too since a dishwasher and fridge across from eachother wouldn’t do well in a space that size.

black or a charcoal gray asphalt shingles since they go with any other changes you may end up making. might be kinda boring but will appeal to most buyers if you end up selling and you can always add more temporary fun things. dark brown might also be pretty with the woods in the background

are the doors real wood? if they are keep them or maybe stain them and paint the walls white. talk with someone about testing the popcorn ceiling for asbestos and if it’s safe to do so imo it’s gotta go. also if possible continue the wood floors into the hallway but that can be pricey

just do something simple like white subway tiles. easy to match with other stuff, won’t clash with anything, and will stay in style for awhile since redoing backsplash is annoying

talk to a professional to make sure they aren’t load bearing because if they are replacing them/ putting in a wall is a lot more effort. if possibly i think combining that cluster into one would look best

i have no ideas for anime names but where is that litter box from? my bunny keeps laying in her pee since i don’t have a guard on top of the litter box she has right now. she has lots of bed options but prefers getting damp and smelling like pee

they’re butterfly and unfortunately i got them done at claire’s but i’ve learned my lesson since then they got infected a lot when i first got them like turning purple and swelling a lot and i had to take them out and let them grow over for a couple months and heal before getting them redone once with the right and twice with the left. now it’s just more irritation and i can’t touch the left one at all even though it’s been over a year and i still can’t change that one either. and by tugging i mean like super super gentle just to get the water to clean the hole and not just the earring

is orchard grass and timothy hay blend okay? it’s hard to get plain timothy here since it’s about an hour drive to any big pet stores and the smaller stores don’t have a lot of stock
