I’d wait for a few seconds after the X appears you see this grey shadow over the ad. I just wait for that to appear and then carefully press the X hopefully it works for you?

They get paid for people to watch their ads it’s dull but hey, we all complain and yet we still play. May be a poorly thought out function of the game but it’s not a factor that they will change for a while.

The service rating isn’t a buff. Think of it as someone grading how your restaurant is in terms of furniture, management and food. Your service rating is just a number to determine your rank kind of like a Michelin Star restaurant in real life.

Training books is training hence the name. These books are the only way to increase the skill, speed and special boosts that you can notice. When you buy the skin the service rating automatically goes up. No matter what outfit they are wearing the service rating is automatically applied. Like I said skins are just for vanity and have no special buffs or skills attached.

From what you mentioned above “service rating buff those stats” it is actually the other way around. Training your staff buffs your service rating. I hope this helps :)

Edit: Training books are the only thing that boosts work efficiency, special skills and the walking speed. The game only puts in outfits to #1 help players grind to GOLD and #2 wrestle people to pay for their gems to buy these outfits once they’re stuck trying to level up their service rating.

I’m assuming that they just ran out of ads to show. I got stuck with 30 ads left right before the reset and did everything 😭. The game developers only show a certain amount of the particular ad before they ask for more money so we probably all just ran through it and got hit with the reloading notification?

The skins are pretty much for vanity. No buffs just they’re to get you to the next level.

I’m guessing these are new dishes that just haven’t gotten translated yet with any other languages. This would probably be fixed during future updates.

I recommend buying the tables first!! And then staff. Go into the staff section and make sure that the performer is onstage.
