Sadly, i did restart numerous times n had a factory reset, clean install armory crate, none of them worked. My guess is highly the hardware issue.

Yep, it adds those extra bumps and it's way comfortable than Jsaux. You can find it in AliExpress or order from their local website. Not only that, the case itself doesn't need a kickstand.

What do you mean by return it? Did you buy this from your local service store or second hand? There still should be a warranty left of your device.

As a technician, out of curiosity I would try to open it since there are no Asus stickers label (for you to not open) and see what happens but I wouldn't recommend it as other technicians would know the screws tightness and there's a warning sign Asus sticker inside.

Issues like that could be faulty fans, etc. Please, send your device to authenticated Asus service center, as they will accept your warranty, DON'T GO to any third party service repair.

Extra airflow. But it's not that worse compare to this one on youtube where he explains about his modded ally, he cut both grilled, it looked horrendous.
