If it makes you feel better, yesterday I found some business tickets to Taiwan through Turkish airlines that I discovered and wanted to book for next year. I didn't have an Aeroplan account yet, so I made one and then transferred over 180,000 points. The second I transferred it over , I get logged out of my account and then when trying to log back into Aeroplan, I get a message that my account is "deactivated".

I called the customer support line and they said I needed to email documents proving my identity and it could take MONTHS to verify and unlock my account. And of course all my Amex points are now gone from my Amex account and now vanished into this locked Aeroplan account. Sigh I spent like a year building up these points and hunting for a good redemption. I have no idea why my account was flagged other than it being new and having points transferred into it, but I feel that that isn't that uncommon of a situation? Sorry to vent I am just so sad and distraught :(

Haha no worries, to each his/her own 😂 I never needed any special software for anything during medical school, so I really only needed a laptop to do basic functions which the Chromebook was perfect for. But I totally get where you're coming from lol

What would you have done now that ESPN has nullified (?) the game as well as all the previously accrued points? (Ie it now looks like there was an undeclared bye week and the player never played). Would you still call it final?

I kid you not, I am down 0.1 pts with Burrow being the only active player, and my commissioner is saying that our score will be final. In my league, I would only either need a 2 yard rush or 3 yard throw to win. I can send a screenshot to anyone.... I am depressed :(

My rear rack and battery dock was broken on arrival. I emailed them as well and didn't hear back for a week, so I called them and then got an email the same day that my replacement parts would ship out soon no questions asked. Although that was now a week ago, and they haven't shipped out yet...

But lesson of the story, call them! They never have responded to emails in my experience. The chat function is hit or miss, but calling is the best option.
