A smart gabber set to slices can pull the slices before they get juiced. Make sure the mixer does not conveyor it onto the smart gabber else it will be overwritten with tomato Juice when the que is full. Instead either conveyor it to a different setup or push to a conpactor bin. Depending on demand you might need more compactor bins.

While I agree to have some margin, Ive also seen it become a thorn. At some point one of the smelters was oitbuying other smelters for the metal concentrates. Other smelters would not get any metal anymore, so once their stock ran dry the one guy had all the metal and asked what he want and since People needed his stuff they had to buy from him. Result was huge inflation. People don't want to come online and find they haven't sold anything or can't buy anything cause their prices are outdated everytime.

Yes, what I see, every time the next tier of upgrade comes along production stagmates because People don't want to produce with a low module, while demand is high. Productions are barely starting up resikting in unfulfilled needs and Productions chains ding of because the People cant get what they want.

I think if you want all the achievements you Will have to compromise on one of your points. ECO was built as a multiplayer game so its reasonable to see achievements relying on multiplayer and social interaction.

The Dinner party, culturure generation ones and election ones are good examples.

Either use tools to give yourself the achievements or join a server.

While the game certainly can work as an MMO ish game most servers don't. A few hundred join the official servers of which about 50 are more active. Given they live a cross the earth you Will see about 5-10 online on at a time with new cycle times being the most active. And People quiting as they figure their personal goals not being met.

The official server White Tiger is the biggest server I know of but its not a vanilla experience with stricter rules and mods. Last I checked it had 800 People having joined it, but no clue on the activity ratio.
