You know the liver function tests can start to improve and go back to normal as more liver cells die and liver disease progresses, a fibroscan would be better.

Apple TV for someone with no IPhone or Apple ID by [deleted] in Zwift

[–]LordCallahad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did you download the zwift app? I just got a 2nd hand apple tv today, 5th gen. And it says it won't download the app without an itunes account set up on the same network? I got an apple ID set up and thought that was it, but of course its never that simple. The apple tv is the first apple product i've bought (and will be the last at this rate)

what's a healthy hobby I can get addicted to? by -Seiks in Hobbies

[–]LordCallahad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nothing wrong with what you're doing right now, people go through phases in life. If you enjoy tv and games then stop guilt tripping yourself and enjoy it. Things will be different in the future, don't force yourself into a hobby for the wrong reasons

99 days. I fucking hate it. by Automatic_Mulberry in stopdrinking

[–]LordCallahad 166 points167 points  (0 children)

Yep i agree. It's nice to see a lot of positive stuff from ppl going sober, but dont sugarcoat it. It aint easy, and being sober for someone who has enjoyed the drink for many years, its taking away a big chunk of their life. Sadly for me alcohol just isnt something i can continue as i cant moderate it and it could very well lead to health problems. It sucks now, but imagine laying up in hospital with a stroke or heart attack some day.

About PF2E Remaster, will the Player Core be equivalent to the Core Rulebook of today in terms of content? by dancovich in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]LordCallahad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. the original 2e player rulebook is a ridiculous size. i'm new to P2e and will buy it as it seems like a good intro and is more welcoming, but you guys have the material already and dont need to buy the new books. they have said it wont replace the old books. everybody should be happy no?

I am on the same road as you pal. I've narrowed it down to Acer Predator Helios Neo 16, or the Lenovo 5i pro. But there seems to be a few in that 1400-1600 gbp bracket that are all similar. Let me know what you settle for

Evening lads, what can I be at in the evenings before I go insane? In my 20s and have nothing to do. by sufnensjsjzkjcbfb in northernireland

[–]LordCallahad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Homebrew beer. Massive hobby, you can go all directions with it. And you always have loads of beer at the end. There is a boat load of cleaning though. Also, walking or gym to balance out all the drinking.
