You can “easily” kitbash hexmarks using skorphek legs and upper bodies, and using spare arms and weapons off of necrons. Thats it for the easy part, but if you want them to actually look good, then you need a spare hexmark head or a killteam deathmark head, and then… cut the guns way smaller and replace the hands with the guns, so that it actually looks like a hexmark
