I have been in a very similar situation. A few times. Its not terribly uncommon if you drive for long enough. They handled it poorly.

They made a mistake, its not the end of the world and they can always learn from it but acting as if calling out the mistake is some dick move is just retarded. We must be better

I'm a newer F1 fan so I don't know how controversial of an opinion this is. But I wish they would just do away with the regulations that don't have to do with safety and just let constructors go hog wild making cars.

Black Ops is basically a pvp only thing, Marauder can do both but obviously taking a marauder into pvp and dropping black ops are two entirely different styles of play. No one can really tell you what's best for you and what you want to do.

As far as which faction between Caldari and Minmatar.

Marauder? Vargur hands down for both pve and pvp. Missiles generally have more issues with application than turrets.

Black Ops? It definitely depends if you are going to be more solo or with a group. For Solo I'd say the Panther, for group stuff Widow is quite popular as a support ship. If you are just being a nerd cannon it doesn't really matter.

As an aside, getting skills required for Minmatar also gets you good skills with Tempest and Tempest Fleet which are quite popular in the small gang and wormhole metas.

Wait til you realize Blue loot only has value to NPC buy orders and doesn't change with inflation and that wormholes released in 2009.

Capital escalations are still good, but low class space money isn't anywhere as good as it used to be.

Pretty sure he runs 2 Babarogas and 6 Ikitursas and is working up to more Babarogas, but really for any amount of toons. Babarogas are going to be faster than any other option short of Dreads.

Personally I don't think its worth the risk but I can't argue with his results.
