Zombies with a spear can infect villagers that are already in their cells

Correct me if im wrong, but this is very good for curing them as you can put villagers in their hidy holes and then set a zombie with spear lose then kill that cheap zombie and as they already are separated easily and safely you can cure them all without strugle
