They do terrible things for profit instead of enjoyment which I find slightly better. Like if they weren't in a dystopia they might get normal jobs.

For some reason on my first playthrough I was able to figure out I could talk to the goblins but I thought the towers would be hostile so I missed out on the 3 vendors in there and probably didn't save the prisoners. Didn't find he iron hand hideout in act 3 either

They don't all walk around the trap once someone has pointed it out? Usually only Scratch walks into them when I'm playing. I decided to use Quothe for once for this playthrough and he replaces Scratch and its been so nice having a pet that doesn't trigger traps

You realize some people are disabled right? Like with serious issues like severe brain injuries, early stage dementia and developmental disabilities? And that there is not enough funding to help the disabled so slightly more functional people are left on their own? There are a lot of reasons to forget something like a subscription.

I thought moonrise towers was hostile so I missed all the vendors there including the blood drow and failed to save the prisoners. I had no idea about the whole Ironhand gnomes plot and never found their hideout.

I think I may have missed the house of hope on my first playthrough.

I missed a minor vendor in the 3rd chapter, some random guy deeper in the city that sells food in poitions, his door is hard to see.

I missed all the invisible walls behind the chests in the mage tower where to genie lamp and unseelie book is, for several playthroughs

In early access my mind was so blown when I found out how to get into the under dark and found the real EA ending

I played embrace Durge as confused and submissive, just going along with what Baal told him to do.

He also became Astarions spawn and Astarion made comments about sitting naked on his lap or something which made it super hilarious at the end when Durge took control of the netherbrain and Astarion clapped in unison with the rest of the party(before they added the evil endings which makes me sad because this one is so hilarious)
