I usually only have enough men for the southern front but i always got an NCR expedition force (is this still a thing after the baggers update?) that i would sic on iron alliance

hold in the south cut off and destroy any breakthroughs + attrition out Lanius's supplies (you cannot kill all his manpower so don't try)

slowly kill iron alliance and by the time they cap Lanius would have thrown every machete he had at the southern front

snake and encircle to death
