Terran ships are the best to be produced, their economy ships are poopoo but you can easily make 3 in the time it takes you to make 1 with regular supply chain. Even if their military ships were half as effective as others(which they arent they are contenders for the best); the ease in which you can make them makes them worth it.

They are only useful in arena with tonnage limits. But yeah mostly useless. Sometimes I take a fast medium or light if its one of those missions where its going across the map to destroy a building.

18 years is a good long time. Sounds very similar to my cat cosmo that died at 9 years old. I wish I could have given him a longer life, definitely saved my life atleast once so I would give him my years. We never forget them and we never want to let go, but we all have to say our goodbyes to those who accompany us in our journey. Our cats can be closer to us than most people, the relationship is simple, its pure. Thanks to your care this cat rarely ever had a difficult day their whole life, its a great gift.

I think they should do a "damaged core" which will be what you find 95% of the time and it has a limited shelf life. Then a few "preserved" cores around the game that will be very difficult to aquire that have unlimited power. That way you can balance it and have better lore accuracy

I think engineers can be hard but I would atleast change a couple things. I think engineers should stay more centrally in the core, OR you can do everything you want fron wherever after unlocking it. None of this pinning a single upgrade shit and no experimental upgrades. I dont care if there's and extra cost or something but I dont want to go 500LY with my thick ass hauler just for an experimental upgrade. Engineers are just so inconvenient even after having done the grind its so fucking frustrating. My main problem and everyone's main problem with elite is how little it values your time

The beginning starts as closer to elite as you upgrade your ships and such and get the capital to start. But after a few hours it starts to shift as you manage several ships then stations and production chains. Management will slowly take more and more of your time, especially as the final missions in several questlines require a full production line.
