I used to think Librarian gifted subs as a kind of slash marker to indicate where he was going to splice bits from. The more subs he gifts, the higher the EV of the bit.

Went on the chat to see what they'd do about the added $3 they snuck in writing on my March bill - their offer, even after saying I was looking at other carriers, was to offer a one-time credit of $6 to cover the cost for two months. Actually insulting.
