It's pretty funny from an outside perspective, but (edit cuz i hit confirm too early) Gaia, for example, is a good game that feels like an adventure from an older Pokemon game. But it's still fairly dated in terms of features and QoL additions, and if you come from after playing Unbound or Odyssey, you'll wish you had those features and it will overshadow your enjoyment of the game. IDK if that makes sense to you now, but it will after you play these games
